DevSecOps Engineer
Salary Range: Up to THB 70,000
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: DevSecOps Lead
Your Role:
You will be making our DevSecOps vision a reality by designing, developing, and integrating all DevSecOps cutting edge technologies into our delivery pipelines.
As a DevOps engineer, you will contribute in every aspect of service delivery including designing CI/CD pipeline, provisioning servers, setting up network infrastructure, maintaining a Kubernetes cluster, and monitoring production workloads.
You will be exposed with cutting-edge technologies and use them to make Monix’s platform effective and stable.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2 servers, Elastic Kubernetes Service, Route 53, etc., to ensure the availability and reliability of MONIX's digital platform
- Collaborate with the development team to implement and manage the CI pipeline and Gi tops components, ensuring smooth product launches to the market
- Develop and maintain the DevSecOps pipeline by incorporating security guardrails into the development workflow and adhering to security standards and best practices
- Monitor the health and performance of MONIX's production services and implement application monitoring solutions to ensure the availability and reliability of the services
- Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with business goals
- Conduct system operation monitoring and performance, maintain security standards and perform security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Create and maintain standards and documentation related to security processes, procedures and infrastructure
- Manage and maintain company systems that reside on AWS to be standard, accurate, decent, and secure according to IT governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields
- 1-3 years' experience in DevSecOps/DevOps/Security and passionate to learn more to become a DevSecOps engineer
- Proficient in one script language such as Python, Bash
- Hands-on experience working with any cloud provider, e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure etc.
- Hands-on experience with container virtualization e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Knowledge in security devices e.g. Firewall, IPS/IDS,Antivirus, WAF is a plus
- Knowledge in cloud security and network security is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
