Human Resource Analyst
Salary Range: Up to 30,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Human Resources Manager
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide general HR support and address employee inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement engagement activity.
- Coordinate and support training and development programs.
- Maintenance and functionality of office facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Manage the procurement process for all office supplies and equipment, including identifying needs, sourcing vendors, and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Qualifications
- 23 – 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business, or any related fields
- 1-3 years working experience in HR administration and operation function
- Good sense of responsibility, good time-management skill, good services mind, good working in fast-paced environment ability
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Good command of English under-pressure in very dynamic environment
