You'll be a strategic matchmaker, forging partnerships with digital and technology businesses to open doors to new customers and fuel business growth. Leverage your expertise in the digital landscape and business scene to connect with key decision-makers and develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential business partners across various industries, with a strong focus on digital and application-based businesses.
- Negotiate and finalize win-win partnership agreements.
- Own the launch process for new partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and successful execution, particularly considering online platforms and user experience.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners, nurturing long-term collaboration.
- Analyze partnership performance, including profitability (P&L), to optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, spotting new partnership opportunities, particularly those that leverage digital channels and user behavior.
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals to secure partnerships, highlighting the benefits and synergies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Legal, Data team) to ensure partnership success, especially regarding online implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably within the fintech industry / E-commerce / Online platform with a strong grounding in digital and application businesses.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that deliver new business and revenue growth, particularly those with a digital focus.
- Strong understanding of the business landscape, regulatory environment for digital businesses, and online user behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Analytical mind with the ability to calculate and interpret P&L data.
- Result-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English languages (both written and spoken).
- A positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor (extrovert personality).

Preferred Skills
- Existing network of contacts within relevant industries in Thailand, with a focus on digital and application businesses.
- Experience in launching new business initiatives with partners, particularly those involving online platforms.
- Experience in developing and managing co-branded marketing campaigns with a digital focus.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
