"Regarding trends in AI, especially generative AI in content creation, the Thai language poses unique challenges due to its complex connotations and diverse viewpoints," Natthapong explained. "Creating content in English has historically been simpler. Last year, we could not rely solely on ChatGPT for Thai content, especially for social media captions. However, with advancements in AI, we can now generate high-quality content, copywriting, and marketing messages. The growth of AI in content creation is rapid and promising."
